Welcome to ASB, short for Associated Student Body!
ASB is the student government/leadership class at Placerita. ASB is responsible for putting on fundraisers, school dances, brunch and lunchtime activities, assemblies, student and staff recognition programs, coordinating school clubs, and much more.
Placerita ASB is dedicated to a tradition of service that builds school spirit and connects the student body to school through well prepared and engaging activities; while providing oversight of student funds and strengthening the character and leadership potential of its members.
ASB APPLICATIONS 2025 - 2026
Steps to apply for ASB:
- Review the ‘ASB Information Slideshow’ (Found below)
- Complete the online application (7th graders can choose to complete the paper application instead)
- Answer all questions on the application
- Upload a 1-2 minute video introduction of yourself
- Have a parent/guardian digitally sign the application
- Attend the MANDATORY, in-person interview at Placerita (room 41):
(8th grade: April 22nd from 3:00-5:00pm & 7th grade: April 24th from 3:30-5:30pm)
- ‘Hot Seat’ 1-minute interview questions
- Plan an ASB event group scenario
- Teamwork activity
Applications are DUE: April 4th, 2025 by 5:00pm.
No late submissions will be accepted!!!

Placerita Color Run 2025
If you would like to participate in this year’s color run. You must complete the following form (both sides) and submit it to Mrs. Murray in the front office with your $10 payment by April 1st. We will be selling tickets the day of the event on a 1st-come-1st-served basis, but the cost will increase to $15 per person and we cannot guarantee a spot. All Placerita students, their siblings, all 6th grade students, planning to attend Placerita next year, and their siblings are invited to participate in this event.

Attention Current 8th Graders:
Do you want to be a part of ASB in High School? If so, all the information you need can be found NOW in the Hart High ASB Google Classroom. The code to join this Google Classroom is: HKNDQFF
Feel free to see Ms. Schultz in room 41 if you have any questions about Hart High's ASB. The deadline to apply is April 18th!
