COVID-19 Vaccinations

1st, 2nd, or Booster* Pfizer doses will be available for anyone 12+ years of age.

*****Students aged 12-18 can GET UP TO 3 FREE TICKETS to a UCLA football game if they have received at least one dose. See this flyer for details.*****

*Booster doses are for persons 18+ who had their second Pfizer dose more than 6 months ago.

Be sure to bring:

Proof of age and a copy of insurance information (COVID-19 vaccines are free to everyone; medical insurance is not required).

12-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult and attached consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

16-17 years old must have attached consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

For 2nd or booster doses, bring your white vaccination card or other proof of previous COVID vaccine.

**If this is your 1st dose, 2nd doses will be available 21 days later at any local Albertsons/Vons Pharmacy, or wherever the Pfizer vaccine is offered. (VaccinateLACounty.com)
